Design and Fabrication

Our machining capabilities include: Milling, Boring, Turning, Surface Grinding, O.D. and I.D. Grinding, and Honing. Our equipment supports manual programming, point-by-point 2D CNC, and simultaneous three-axis CNC machining. We consistently achieve tight tolerances across all processes, such as: ±0.0005'' (Milling) , ±0.0004'' (Turning), ±0.0004'' (Honing) and ±0.0001'' (Grinding). We can seamlessly handle design files in a wide variety of formats native to SolidWorks, Adobe, NX, Catia, and many more softwares.

Our fabrication services include a full range of welding capabilities (MIG, TIG, Stick, and Spot Welding) for various materials including steel, aluminum, titanium, and exotic alloys. We also specialize in laser cutting for high-accuracy profiles and 3D printing for custom parts across a variety of materials.
